Live a Disciplined life

7 Rules to be a Disciplined Person.

7 Rules to be a Disciplined Person.

  1. Follow the Snowball Effect.

The Snowball effect teaches us; how to make things big and multiply by compounding. Just think that a snowball is a starter of your disciplined action, which might be a habit or skill, surrounding snows are your other habits. The plan is for a time period on which you should start with the main habit that you wish to be disciplined. And how this snowball will go ahead you will feel easy to be disciplined on your selected habit, also will affect your other habits as well. Means, once you start with your one hobby you must add one by one hobby on which you need discipline.

  1. Correct your circadian rhythm First.

To become a disciplined person, you must fix your sleeping and wake up time every day. If you fix this habit it would be the first step towards your disciplined life, Regular wakeup time will get you a feel of subconsciously signal that you are a disciplined person because you wakeup on a fixed time. We all have a natural time cycle of sleeping time/duration which is known as Circadian Rhythm, and we start to manage well then it will help us to be energetic, productive, and healthy.

But if you fail to manage your Circadian Rhythm, your sleep will not complete properly and you won’t be able to focus or be disciplined.

  1. Follow the simple and interesting daily routine.

You don’t need to plan a superhuman daily routine to be a disciplined person. Just you need a productive and suitable daily routine. First, you must understand your strength and weakness and focus on the strength or strongest part, and the weak part if it is necessary then try to rectify or unnecessary then leave it. You should choose a perfect daily routine which would be easy and not spend a long time, also you can achieve your goals and work. If you are confused about which would be the best and suitable daily routine then you can refer to the daily routines of the world’s successful peoples like Bill Gates, Elon Musk.

  1. Win your mind, not Habits.

Most of the time we focus on solving problems fastly. For that, we take action and develop our habits as well, but after sometimes actions may reduce and our habits lose because we solve problems from outside not deeply. You can get a lot of habits but if your mindset is not good then it won't be helpful for you. You can start a habit of discipline in your life but if your mindset is not good then pushing your body won't work for your discipline. If you want to follow and start a habit then you must set your mind accordingly. And you will get that mindset once you will be serious for your life then you will be able to be disciplined in your difficult times.

  1. Keep your purpose clear. The 5 Major Social Audiences and How Brands Can Target Them | bizibl.com

If your destination is clear then your way will also clear. Nowadays it has been so easy to forget your goals. Therefore you must practice some techniques like visualization on a daily basis. That visualization has been explained in the book “Think & Grow Rich”. You can write or note your goals on your study table, office table, or room walls which helps you to remember every time. You can also imagine what you will do after achieving your goal before you sleep. Visualization will give us clarity about what our goal is.

  1. Don’t Live According to Your Mood.

Most people take action not only according to our mind but also our mood. And this mood is too complicated and it will also complicate our life too. You can do your tasks as per your mood or you can be an expert to control your mood and continue your work.

  1. Set Monthly Milestones.

Let's decide when and where we should start the journey of our disciplined life, the first number of days of goals. I suggest it takes 30 days and make sure every day you are taking necessary actions to reach your goal. Make note, write in the diary that what you have done today to be a disciplined person.

British Educated us - Biggest Myth

You know, many people describe India as a rich country where poor people live, but if you look at the history of India, it's very evident that India was Richest Country in the world before the invasions happened to us, both in teams of wealth as well as intellectual. During those period, India used to contribute almost 24% of Global Economy, and in 1947, by the end of the British rule, the percentage dropped down to 4%.      Those who are saying that the British brought infrastructure and development to this country  have some facts before start blabbering, every single aspect of this country as systematically destroyed by the British, and Education tops the list in that.  Imagine the number of time people told that the British came and educated us.  this is the biggest myth.  that needs to be get done away with. if these people have paid any minimum attention in their history classes, they wouldn't be making this kind of idiotic statement in the public program forum.  in 1911

THE KASHMIR FILES

#THEKASHMIRFILES This is a film on the unreported story, the most tragic gut-wrenching genocide of Kashmir Hindus which happened in 1990.  This is not a movie, this is a SLAP (RJ Raunac),  SLAP  on the people who have been ignoring the genocide of Kashmiri pundits still now,  SLAP  on those people who have never let the pain of Kashmiri pundits known to the world till date.  SLAP on those who shout slogans of Azadi but they probably do not know that they have snatched the freedom of the community in their own country.  SLAP  on people who thinks that Kashmir is not a part of India  SLAP  on those who see the Indian army as murderers SLAP  on those who feel that if they have been murdered, they have the right to take up arms and take the path of violence.    The Kashmir Files is a story of two days. Today where people like you and me live and the second is that black day 19th January 1990 a day that Kashmiri Pandits still relive.  That day when they were forced out of their own homes w

Bhagavad Gita - Leadership Lesson

Bhagavad Gita  Become a Great Leader Like MS Dhoni Several months ago, the image above went viral. The Bhagavad Gita was being read by everyone's favorite captain, Dhoni, during a car trip.   What does Bhagvad Gita have to do with becoming a powerful leader like Mahi? What should a leader be like? There is one thing you must have always noticed about Dhoni. He always takes responsibility if India loses a match. He personally talks to the press, taking responsibility for the loss without mentioning any players, and if India win, he hands the trophy over to his team and stands in a corner. It's something about this leader that makes him different from others. Dhoni understood that none of us are as strong as all of us. The Bhagavad gita teaches us the same thing. It explains the difference between a leader and a boss. Boss and leader, these two words sound quite similar but there is a world of difference between them. Whenever you work in an organization, you like to wor
