Why are Indian children unhappy? 1 out of 4 students in India is going through depression.  what is the reason for this? and does knowing about this issue make any difference to us?  Here I would like to note some pieces of information which may help your children or somebody else who is suffering from depression.  1 in 7 children is facing mental health issues. these types of issues where which don't need empty assurances but need medical help.  DEPRESSION ANXIETY ADHD but even schizophrenia where kids have hallucinations,  but less than 1% of children gets medical support. because we don't talk openly about mental health in India. Children's friends don't have the capacity to understand and elders don't have an inclination to understand. which leads to the result of a person ending up feeling very suffocated.  Many studies say anxiety and depression can increase insulin resistance, impact our digestive system which increases the chance of diabetes in the future.                പഠനം മെച്ചപ്പെടുത്താൻ ചെയ്യേണ്ട മൂന്നു കാര്യങ്ങൾ  ഒരിക്കൽ അപ്പു കുറേ മുത്തുകൾ ഒരു നൂലിൽ കോർത്ത് മാല ഉണ്ടാക്കാനുള്ള ശ്രമത്തിൽ ആയിരുന്നു, പക്ഷെ കുറെ മുത്തുകൾ കോർത്തത്തിനു ശേഷവും നൂലിന്റെ മറുവശത്തിലൂടെ മുത്തുകൾ ഊരിപോയിരിക്കുന്നതായി അപ്പു കണ്ടു, ഇതെന്താ കാര്യം എന്നറിയാതെ അപ്പു വളരെ നിരാശനായി,  വീടിന്റെ ഉമ്മറത്ത് പത്രം വായിച്ചിരുന്ന അമ്മാവന്റെ എടുത്തു അപ്പു ഓടിച്ചെന്നു ചോദിച്ചു അമ്മാവാ ഞാൻ കോർക്കുന്ന മുത്തുകൾ എല്ലാം മറുവശത്തുകൂടെ ഊരിപ്പോകുന്നല്ലോ എന്താ ചെയ്യാ !!!  ഇതു കണ്ട അപ്പുവിന്റെ അമ്മാവൻ പറഞ്ഞു, മോനേ ഇതിന്റെ മറുവശത്തു നീ ഒരു കെട്ട്  ഇട്ടില്ലെങ്കിൽ നീ കോർക്കുന്ന ഓരോ മുത്തും മറുവശത്തിലൂടെ അഴിഞ്ഞു പോകും അതിനാൽ നമ്മൾ ഇതിൽ ഒരു കേട്ട് ഇടേണ്ടതുണ്ട്..  ഇതു വായിക്കുമ്പോൾ നിങ്ങള്ക്ക തോന്നിയേക്കാം ഇതിപ്പോ ഇങ്ങനെ തുടങ്ങാൻ കാരണം എന്താണെന്നു .  മുകളിൽ പറഞ്ഞ  കെട്ട്(knot)    കൂടുതലും വിദ്യാർത്ഥികൾ പഠിച്ചത് മറക്കാനുള്ള കാരണം പഠിച്ചതിനു ശേഷം പഠിച്ച കാര്യങ്ങൾ മറന്നു പോകാതിരിക്കാനുള്ള  കെട്ട്(knot)  അവർ ഇടുന്നില്ല എന്നതാണ്, അപ്പു നൂലിന്റെ മറുവശത്തു കെട്ടു ഇടാത്തതിനാൽ അവന്റെ മുത്തുകൾ ചോർന്ന
